All Label28 orders are shipped via Shiprocket, one of India's most reliable logistics networks. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
A tracking link will be shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
Free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.

• PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders across India.

Please note that Cash on Delivery may not be available for certain remote or non-serviceable pin codes.

• DELIVERY AREAS

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through Shiprocket. If your location is not serviceable, you will be informed during checkout.

• DELAYED DELIVERIES

While most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Public holidays
Weather conditions or regional disruptions
High order volumes during sales or new product launches
Remote delivery locations

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we'll assist you promptly.

• LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or marked undelivered, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our shipping partner and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
