At Label28, every order is packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If you need a different size or receive a defective product, we're here to help.

1. 7-Day Easy Exchange

We offer a 7-day exchange from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in its original packaging
Be in its original condition without any stains, damage, perfume, or alterations

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

2. Eligible Reasons for Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

You need a different size
You received the wrong product
The product has a manufacturing defect
The product arrived damaged

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is mandatory for claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

The video must:

Begin before opening the parcel
Clearly show the shipping label and sealed package
Capture the issue or defect clearly
Be shared within 24 hours of delivery

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.

4. How to Request an Exchange

Email us at label28official@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Order ID
Reason for exchange
Photos of the product
Unboxing video (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available or request you to self-ship the product. If self-shipping is required, eligible shipping charges will be reimbursed.

5. Exchange Process

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, your exchange will be processed.
The exchanged product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to availability.
If the requested item or size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.
