How We Ship
All Label28 orders are shipped via Shiprocket — one of India's most reliable logistics networks. Your order is handled with care from our end to yours.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
- Delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch
- A tracking ID will be shared once your order ships
- Shipping is 100% free on all orders — no minimum required
Prepaid Orders Only
We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All major payment methods accepted — UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
Why prepaid? It helps us process your order faster, reduce waste, and keep our prices low for everyone.
Delivery Areas
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via Shiprocket. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver within 3–5 business days, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays or regional disruptions
- High demand periods (sales, new drops)
- Remote or difficult-to-access locations
If your order is delayed beyond 7 business days, please reach out and we'll resolve it immediately.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
In the rare case that your order is lost or undelivered, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our shipping partner and either reship or refund your order.
