RETURN &
REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 22 April 2026

At Label28 (www.label28.in), every order is packed with care. We have a strict but fair policy designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products. Please read this carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Return Philosophy

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or personal taste. Returns are accepted only when the product delivered is defective or damaged. We encourage all customers to carefully check our size guide and product details before ordering.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

A return or replacement will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Product received is physically damaged (torn, broken packaging)
  • Product received is defective (manufacturing fault, stitching issue)
  • Product received is incorrect (wrong item or wrong color delivered)

Not eligible for return: Size or fit issues, color variation due to screen differences, change of mind, or personal preference.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect against fraud and ensure fair resolution, an unboxing video is compulsory for all return claims.

  • Recording must start before the package is opened — seal and label must be visible
  • The defect or damage must be clearly captured in the video
  • Video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery

No video = No return. Claims without valid unboxing video proof will not be processed under any circumstances.

4. How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Email us at label28official@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

If your return is approved, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to self-ship the item. Shipping charges for approved returns will be reimbursed.

5. Refund & Replacement

  • We will first offer a replacement if the product is in stock
  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • To cancel, WhatsApp or email us immediately with your Order ID

7. Payment Policy — Prepaid Only

Label28 currently operates on a prepaid-only model.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available — all orders must be paid in advance
  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking
  • Prepaid orders ensure faster processing and priority dispatch

Why no COD? Prepaid orders help us keep prices low, reduce waste, and serve you faster. We appreciate your understanding.

8. Policy Updates

Label28 reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
