Our Story
BUILT FROM
FRUSTRATION.
We kept buying t-shirts that looked great on the hanger and disappointing everywhere else. So we stopped buying and started building.
Label28 started in a small room with a big gripe: why was it so hard to find a t-shirt that fit like it was made for a real body, held up after a dozen washes, and didn't feel like it was trying too hard?
We weren't chasing a trend. We were trying to solve something we felt every time we got dressed. The answer wasn't more options — it was better ones.
The name "Label28" isn't a reference to anything obvious. It's a reminder that the label on your clothes shouldn't tell you who to be — you bring the identity, we'll bring the canvas.
Getting here took time. Sampling fabrics until we found the right weight. Testing fits on different frames until the boxy silhouette felt intentional, not accidental. Late nights agonising over whether the hem should drop another centimetre.
We're not a big brand with a big team. We're a small operation that cares, deeply, about what ends up in your wardrobe — because we want what we make to actually be worn.
